Take an advance or full fee on the same shareable page. We never see card data. Webhook verification with HMAC.

Versioned drafts

Every regenerated proposal is a new version. The signed link is bound to a specific version, so swapping a draft revokes earlier signatures.

FAQ

What founders ask before they sign up

What kinds of files do you accept?: PDFs (native or scanned), DOCX, XLSX, and pasted text. We use Google Document AI for OCR and skip it when the file already has selectable text.
Are typed signatures legal?: In most jurisdictions including India (under the Information Technology Act, 2000) and most US states (under E-SIGN/UETA), typed and drawn electronic signatures are legally enforceable when the signer's intent is clear and an audit trail is captured. We capture name, email, IP, user agent, signed-at, and a SHA-256 of the exact proposal version. Consult counsel for high-risk contracts.
What payments do you support?: We integrate with Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets. Domestic and international cards are supported on Razorpay's standard plan.
Where is my data stored?: Firebase Firestore and Cloud Storage in the region you have configured. Application servers run on Vercel's global edge.
Do you train AI on my proposals?: No. We send your text to Anthropic only to generate review and drafts for you, with their no-train option. We do not use your content for any model training.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. See the refund and cancellation policy for details.
Who is RFP Pro for?: Small B2B sales and consulting teams in India and globally that respond to RFPs and want to ship a signed, paid proposal page faster than building one in Word + DocuSign + Razorpay separately.
When should I not use it?: When your proposals contain regulated personal data that cannot leave your environment, when your contracts require qualified digital signatures (DSC) under specific Indian government schemes, or when your buyer requires a particular procurement portal.
